MEETING POINT

STAFFAL (GRESSONEY-LA-TRINITÉ) OR AT THE HUT

 

1° DAY

After a quick check of the material, we’ll take the cable car that leads to the Bettaforca pass. At this point follow the path that ends with an exposed part but it is equipped with a big rope that it takes you up to the Quintino Sella hut.

 

2° DAY

It starts with an early wake up and a hearty breakfast to be ready to start the day. The entire uphill takes place on the glacier. The first part is easier than the second where you have to pass an exposed but wonderful ridge. From the highest point the view is amazing, both from the Valle d’Aosta side and from the Swiss side. The descent takes place along the same route.
