MEETING POINT

PRAVIEUX ( VALSAVARENCHE) OR AT THE HUT

 

1° DAY

After a quick check of the materials, we take the track that leads to Chabod hut. During the walk we are immersed into the woods and in a second moment the ground become a mid-mountain one, with an amazing view of Herbetet, Montandayné, Piccolo Paradiso and Gran Paradiso.

 

2° DAY

An early wake up and a hearty breakfast to be ready to start the climb. We walk along the morain following the track of the normal route. Near the face we go the base of the route. You really can’t go wrong here because you must just climb the snow slope for few hundred meters until you reach the aerial ridge which takes you to the top. The descent is by the normal route.
