When you look up, a mountain attracts your attention more than the others: it is the Dente del Gigante. This rocky peak seems to be posed on the Rochefort’s ridge and it has always aroused a great interest. Now it is up to you to climb it!

MEETING POINT

1° DAY

After a quick check of the material, we’ll take the SkyWay to Punta Helbronner. Here, in few minutes we’ll arrive to Torino hut where we will spleep.

 

2° DAY

An early wake up and a hearty breakfast to be ready to go. We’ll walk towards the base of Dente del Gigante and we’ll do a mixed climb with not too much difficulty. At this moment the real climb starts with some demanding pitches but a fixed rope can help you. At the top we’ll admire an incomparable view on the Mont blanc range. The descent will be abseiling  until the base of the Dente del Gigante. Then we’ll reach by the same route of the uphill the Torino hut.

 

Note

If you are well trained and you are used to this kind of terrain, the entire climb can be do in a single day. In this case the price in 100 € less.
