MEETING POINT

COURMAYEUR

1° DAY

After a quick check of the material, we’ll take the SkyWay to Punta Helbronner. Here, in few minutes we’ll reach the Torino hut where we’ll spleep.

2° DAY

Wake up in the middle of the night and after a hearty brekfast we’ll be ready to go. We’ll go towards the Col Flambeau and then the combe Maudite. At this point we’ll climb a couloir until the ridge. Here, we’ll climb exposed on snowy and mixed ground and we’ll arrive near the Androsace where there will be the most challenging passages of the climb. We’ll reach the shoulder of the Mont Maudit on a mixed terrain. At this moment we’ll can decide to climb until the top or come back by the descent that takes place on the route of the Trois Monts. When we’ll be near the Aiguille du Midi we’ll cross the glacier and we’ll arrive to the Torino hut.
