The Innominata ridge is a trip into the south face of Mont Blanc. This historical route is amazing and it lead to the top of the mountain where alpinism was born. First of all, the Guide will do a test climb where he will evaluate your ability considering the difficulties and the kind of terrain of this route.

1° DAY

After a quick check of the material, the long climb to Eccles bivouac starts. The firt part is on classic mid-mountain path , then a via ferrata leads to the Monzino hut. Here, we’ll take a rest. From the hut we’ll climb on stony ground until the Brouillard glacier. At this moment we’ll reach the huts and we’ll sleep there.

 

2° DAY

Wake up in the middl of the night and after a hearty breakfast we’ll be ready to go. The climb is on high mountain mixed terrain. The first part is on exposed ridges on snow and rock, the we’ll climb on steep slopes of snow and ice. Reaching the summit of Mont Blanc will be one of the most incredible memories. The descent takes place on one of the normal routes of the mountain choosen by the Guide who will consider the conditions.
