Near the Monzino hut there is the Aiguille Croux, where there are amazing climbing routes on great granite. The landscape is guaranteed considering that the climbing will take place on the glacier of Freney and in front on the entire ridge of Peuterey. When we’ll arrive to the top, we’ll can admire the entire majestic Mont Blanc south face.

MEETING POINT

1° DAY

After a quick check of the material, we’ll walk towards the Monzino hut first on a path and then on via ferrata.

 

2° DAY

Early wake up and after a hearty breakfast we’ll be ready to go. The approach to reach the base is not too long and it is on stony ground or snow, depending on the season. The descent is abseiling. The Aiguille Croux has different levels of difficulty, for example the classic Ottoz-Hurzeler or the most challenging Bertone-Zappelli and Euroteam. Based on your level the Guide will choose the best route for you.
